healthy breakfast yum

So i did my breakfast good today...low fat/low sodium turkey bacon (2 cut up into 4 to make me feel like i was gettin more) with scrambled eggs(1 whole plus 2 whites) with sauted mushrooms sprinkle with low fast shredded cheese and to drink...white crranberry juice and water (still tryin to flush my system of drinkin too much while my cousin was home from air force).
Really enjoyin this healthy livin so far...now time to do walk fit with my momma....peace
40 days to go....i think (he keeps switchin days lol)
