Time to find balance

Will be starting a new job on Tuesday and I am freaking out about trying to remain healthy and fit while trying to adjust to being at work again. I had a real problem with this before. I start a new job and health goes out the window. Every meal becomes fast food. But this time there is more on the line than just my waist line. I am trying to make this change for my son. Because I want him to grow up eating home made and healthy foods. One less fast food baby in the world.
I already ordered the baby bullet so that I can stop feeding him the processed foods and chemicals that cost way to much money. Now I am trying to just stick to these changes I am trying to make. I have lost 8 of the 21 lbs of my short term goal and I am hoping to keep the progress going. Exercise has been great and I just want to not lose momentum in that so i figure I will be working out before bed instead of in the morning. I already have to get up extremely early so I dont wanna over do it especially with my baby. There may be a few nights that I dont get the sleep I need and working out in the morning will not help make me any better to be around.
Excited about this new start, and nervous about the changes to come.

Fat smash diet

So I started the Fat Smash Diet with my friend on monday which was horrible because I was sick. But thankfully I was able to stay on track.So the diet is three phases and currently of course we are on phase one. This is the detox phase. 9 days of eating berries and salad basically. Total veggies and fruits and nothing else.which I feel I need so bad after gaining 5 lbs last week. It might have just been bloating but it was horrible to haver to see. My detox may not last the full nine days because I am supposed to start a new class on monday and I'm not sure how I will be able to manage it but i will try my best. Fortunately it will only be for the last two days.looking forward to my next weigh in. knowing I will see a huge difference. We did this diet before and phase one was awesome..well at least weighing in after it was. Hoping I have trek same success I had last time...without the surprise pregnancy to force me into starting over. :-)

blizzard pig out?

So chicago is set to recieve a major snow storm. (Hopin i get home before it starts). But im wondering how this will effect my eating for the next few days. Snow days usually equal comfort foods. Which we all know a never really healthy. My are fatty chips, greasy pizza, and butter pecan ice cream. And please dont let there be any baked goods around. Cakes and brownies...yum.
Im going to try my best to ignore the ugre to get piggy. Maybe I'll use the down time to get some writing done. Or clean up which is seriously needed. Crossing my fingers that i dont gain 10lbs.
