Fat smash diet
So I started the Fat Smash Diet with my friend on monday which was horrible because I was sick. But thankfully I was able to stay on track.So the diet is three phases and currently of course we are on phase one. This is the detox phase. 9 days of eating berries and salad basically. Total veggies and fruits and nothing else.which I feel I need so bad after gaining 5 lbs last week. It might have just been bloating but it was horrible to haver to see. My detox may not last the full nine days because I am supposed to start a new class on monday and I'm not sure how I will be able to manage it but i will try my best. Fortunately it will only be for the last two days.looking forward to my next weigh in. knowing I will see a huge difference. We did this diet before and phase one was awesome..well at least weighing in after it was. Hoping I have trek same success I had last time...without the surprise pregnancy to force me into starting over. :-)
