hangin in there

So im still on the right path. Had a little bit of a setback yesterday, it was girls night and i had a drink or 2...either way i still worked out for 45 mins today and ate healthy....yay me.
My work out today?
2 miles on the bike.
Cardio and strength training...so proud. Super sore but its worth it.
Healthy meal of the day? Tilapia(my new fav) and cabbage with sauteed veggies...yummy.
Gotta keep it moving.
